Equity Ops Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an Equity Operations Analyst to join our team and focus on the day-to-day operations of our Equity programs. This person will be responsible for executing end-to-end equity processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance, aligning with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting governance and automation initiatives. WHAT YOU WILL DO Own daily Equity operations, executing end-to-end processes (e.g., RSU releases, stock option exercises, terminations, monthly closing) with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Manage data across equity platforms (e.g., E*Trade, Carta), HRIS (e.g., HiBob), and internal dashboards, ensuring consistency and alignment. Act as the first operational point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders (Payroll, Finance, Legal) regarding equity-related requests. Coordinate execution with external vendors (brokers, equity administrators) for daily operations and exception handling. Draft, maintain, and improve operational process documentation (FAQs, SOPs, checklists, offboarding guidelines). Support the PMO during quarterly equity grant cycles, ensuring timely execution of deliverables and stakeholder alignment. Prepare and maintain documentation and reports to ensure audit readiness and compliance (SOx walkthroughs, reconciliation reports). Contribute to cross-functional projects related to global equity taxation, reporting, and process automation. WHO YOU ARE Someone with a complete degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Previous experience with equity operations (stock options, RSUs, phantom options) — ideally in a public company. Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF statements, logic-based formulas). High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data and critical transactions. Discipline in executing operational processes with structured self-review to avoid errors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a strong plus. Experience with equity platforms (e.g., E*Trade, Carta) and HR/payroll systems (HiBob, Workday, etc.) is a plus. Strong skills in process documentation and workflow mapping are highly valued.
