About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive part-time contractor to support our Education Team with instructional design and Learning Management System (LMS) administration. This role is ideal for someone with experience in online learning, content development, and educational technology who enjoys working in a collaborative and mission-driven environment. What You'll Do Instructional Design Support • Assist in the design, development, and revision of learning materials, including e-learning courses, trainings, assessments, and instructional guides • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into engaging and accessible learning experiences • Ensure instructional content aligns with learning objectives and adult learning best practices • Conduct quality assurance audits on courses for clarity, accessibility, and accuracy • Assist in localizing educational content by utilizing subtitle files, ensuring accessibility and consistency across multiple languages LMS Administration • Upload, test, and maintain courses and learning materials in the LMS • Report on learner enrollments, course assignments, and overall engagement as needed • Monitor course performance and provide basic technical support to users General Support • Track project timelines and provide regular updates to the Education Team • Assist with compiling and analyzing learner feedback • Support the implementation of new tools and technologies to improve the learning experience We'd Like to See • 2+ years of experience in instructional design, online education, or LMS administration • Experience with content authoring tools (e.g., Parta.io, Articulate, Captivate, etc.) • Experience with LMS platforms (Absorb, Skilljar, etc.) • Familiarity with enterprise software (GSuite), CRM platforms (HubSpot), and project management systems (e.g., Jira, Asana) • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field preferred Contract Details • Hours: 20 hours per week • Contract Type: Fixed-term • Compensation: $25/hr • Duration: 6 month contract - potential for extension based on business needs and performance • Location: Remote - United States Life at Worldly Our team is motivated to transform the way products are made.
