As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in driving the media strategy for Disney's Parks and Cruises business in the UK and EMEA markets. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who can support the Business Lead in day-to-day tasks for Planning & Account Management. You will be responsible for project managing and collaborating closely with Investment, Audience & Insights, Offline and Digital teams to plan and activate campaigns both in the UK and across EMEA. Your duties will include supervising and directing the team in pulling together competitive analysis and reporting, using data to fuel insights and recommendations for the client. You will also manage the team in using research tools to help support strategic campaign responses across EMEA. As a successful candidate, you will have a strong background in media planning, with experience in a local market planning role or regional/EMEA roles. You will be confident in presenting to both internal staff and clients, and have excellent 360 communication skills. We offer a range of benefits to support your career development and well-being.
