We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Digital Filing and Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining digital records and documents, ensuring that all information is filed correctly and accessible. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency in data entry and digital filing systems. Responsibilities: • Accurately input data into digital filing systems and databases. • Organize and maintain electronic files and documents to ensure easy retrieval. • Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness before entering into the system. • Assist with scanning and digitizing physical documents for electronic storage. • Update and maintain records in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding digital records as needed. • Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and filing systems. • Perform regular backups of digital files to prevent data loss. • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office administration is a plus. • Proven experience in data entry, digital filing, or administrative support. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management software. • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
