About the Role As a Delivery Manager, you will be involved in accelerating implementation timelines and playbooks for critical project deliveries. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to drive successful onboarding and manage communications on client delivery projects. Escaping big company politics and bureaucracy, being rewarded for performance and input What You'll Bring A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies 5 to 8 years of relevant experience as a Project/Delivery Manager, having knowledge of cloud native technologies Knowledge of network connectivity and integration approaches (SMTP vs SFTP) for different data types Knowledge of different cost levers on a project and why time to first value is an important factor in recognizing revenue Skilled in assertive oral and written communication, thriving in challenging situations with a high degree autonomy What You'll Do Assist in the coordination of large-scale enterprise projects (spanning multiple geographies, involving third-party vendors, and supporting teams of 25+ members) using the waterfall methodology Provide support for multiple, competing priorities and project coordination requests simultaneously Contribute to the development of comprehensive project plans (including schedules, GANTT charts, and RAID logs) Facilitate the implementation of an effective communication cadence tailored to each project’s needs Support project delivery excellence while ensuring adherence to the boundaries of the statement of work What We Offer A truly global mission with a passionate community in locations all over the world Huge impact and learning potential as our aspirations require bold innovation Highly competitive compensation with 100% bonus pay already integrated Benefits include great health coverage for employee and family Generous time-off policy and flexible work schedule About Our Process We take Talent very seriously and we are building a community of extraordinary individuals working together in very high performing teams. The most aligned candidate will then be asked to do a practical work task simulation activity so we can make sure that you will enjoy the kind of work the role requires, and this task will typically be presented and discussed with a group of colleagues and managers.
