Responsibilities:Drive security planning, assessment, and risk management strategiesConduct comprehensive system security monitoring and auditingLead Assessment & Authorization (A&A) processes for General Support Systems (GSS) and Major Applications (MA)Prepare and review Authorization Packages, including SSP, SAR, POAM, and GCPCollaborate with System Administrators to develop policy documentation for NIST controlsApply system security engineering expertise across various domains, including system design, lifecycle management, and cross-domain solutionsServe as a security engineering representative on cross-functional teamsQualifications:Required: An active DoD Secret clearanceBachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems Security or related fieldSecurity+ certification must be obtainableNavy Qualified Validator certification must be obtainableDesired:Proven Cybersecurity experienceFunctional Qualified Validator certificationExperience with eMASS (Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service)TS (Top Secret) ClearanceProficiency in AWS PCI DSS complianceExperience with commercial and government off-the-shelf cryptography solutionsJoin our team and make a significant impact on our organization's cybersecurity posture while advancing your career in this dynamic and critical field.-What You Can Expect:A culture of integrity. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
