Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding our services and programs.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist in promoting community initiatives and programs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in utilities or public services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
• Passion for community service and supporting residents
