Job Overview: Customer Support Executive As a Customer Support Executive, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our clients and brands have a seamless experience when utilizing our B2B services. You'll be the primary point of contact for internal support tasks, client communication, and cross-collaboration with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Ownership of Internal Support Tasks: Manage media scheduling and offer management, ensuring timely completion and adherence to agreed SLAs. Scheduling Booked Media Campaigns: Coordinate with clients and internal teams to collect assets, confirm booked dates, and send approvals. Offer Management: Handle requests for scheduling boosted offers, creating additional offers, resolving code issues, and updating image offers. Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, communicating effectively around booked media campaigns and resolving any issues that may arise. Cross-Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Design, Customer Success, and Advertising, to ensure seamless delivery of our services. Essential Qualifications: We're looking for someone with a strong background in customer support, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment. You'll need to have: Experience working with clients, responding to their needs, and resolving issues in a timely manner. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. A proven track record of working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve common goals. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and circumstances. Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, experience with Asana and Salesforce is highly desirable. If you have a background in using these tools, you'll have a competitive edge.
