Customer Service Representative Part-Time (Remote)

Role Overview:We are seeking a Virtual Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This fully remote role requires candidates to be located within the contiguous United States. The ideal candidate is professional, empathetic, and able to handle complex customer situations with patience and critical thinking. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer support via calls, addressing complex situations and inquiries. Apply critical thinking to assess each caller’s situation while following documented processes. Advocate for callers, delivering accurate and unbiased information. Manage challenges such as frustrated customers, emotional conversations, and unfamiliar scenarios. Collaborate effectively with Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, team members, and leadership in a virtual environment. Use company-provided software, systems, and tools efficiently to resolve customer issues. Multi-task during calls and follow all documented procedures. Complete additional tasks as assigned. Typical Day: Working project hours of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Taking consecutive calls from the customer hotline regarding potential fraud and complex issues. Following internal processes and procedures to provide accurate guidance. Collaborating virtually with team members and leadership to resolve concerns efficiently. Maintaining professionalism, empathy, and patience in all interactions. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (some college or a degree preferred). Ability to pass a criminal background check. Minimum of 1 year of relevant customer support experience, preferably involving complex situations or fraud. Strong computer and technical skills to access and utilize customer information effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work from home with a dedicated workspace.
