As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating order transactions. Key Responsibilities Interacts with customers via phone, email, or online chat to provide timely and precise communication, ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Collects and enters orders for our products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Fields customer questions and concerns, developing resolutions and taking appropriate actions to address their needs. Manages the flow of sales orders for internal sales partners, confirming accuracy and maintaining effective working relationships. Maintains customer records in CRM and other business systems, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date information. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external organizations, groups, team members, and individuals. Assists with various projects and other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: Excellent communication skills, including active listening with attention to detail. A service-oriented mindset, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software. The ability to learn from and adapt to customer service trends based on customer communication and feedback. A calm and professional demeanor in all situations. The ability to navigate various sources of information to assist customers with product inquiries and ensure accuracy of purchase orders. In terms of education and experience, we're looking for: An AA degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience in a B2B setting. Proven customer support experience with the ability to adapt and respond to different situations. A professional, outgoing, and service-oriented personality. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience with CRM, ERP, and warehouse management systems. Familiarity with Zendesk and Asana.
