Job: Customer Service Chat Agent Location: Remote (must reside in DFW, TX) | Remote-US Compensation & Schedule • $18.00/hour • Flexible shifts between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST • 2+ month seasonal project ROLE IMPACT This remote-based role supports high-volume, real-time customer interactions via web chat, helping clients resolve technical and account issues swiftly. Success is defined by multitasking efficiency, chat response accuracy, and first-contact resolution rates across multiple digital channels.
