Description
The Customer Satisfaction Advisor will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience when interacting with Amazon. You will be handling inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving any emerging issues that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency with computers and familiarity with online shopping platforms.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Educational Qualifications
