Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Fleet customers may require specialized lifting equipment such as cranes or hoists for heavy-duty operations. (Source: Heavy Duty Trucking).
• Apply your automotive parts know-how to support your peers and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by constantly liaising with management and technicians to ensure that their needs are met.
• Focus on meeting customer requirements and display enthusiasm and high energy at work.
• Obtain accurate information and obtain genuine components, swiftly informing clients of their current availability.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry is a plus, with a willingness to grasp new concepts.
• One of the prerequisites for this job opening is a certification of High School Diploma or GED, and additional educational background in technical or trade schools can improve the likelihood of being selected.
• Astute at expressing ideas and thoughts comprehensively in both written and spoken forms.
• Showing the aptitude to function proficiently in a retail context, including the unique surroundings of an airport.
• Aspirants with experience or passion for the automotive industry, heavy machinery, or similar areas are more likely to succeed.
• Understanding cataloging, sourcing, and inventory management systems can be of great advantage.
• ASE Certifications are esteemed credentials that enhance a technician’s credibility and expertise in the eyes of employers and customers.
