Description
Amazon Inc. is seeking enthusiastic Customer Care Consultants to join our team in Washington State. We strive to provide world-class support to our customers and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be the frontline of our customer support team, helping to resolve their issues and providing information about our products.
Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Proficient in basic computer applications.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the cause of the problem.
Providing information about products and services to customers.
Processing orders, forms, and requests.
Maintaining customer records by updating account information.
Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
