ABOUT THIS ROLEXsolla is seeking a Conversion Ops Manager to take full ownership of monitoring, investigating, and improving payment conversion rates across our global ecosystem. This role starts with hands-on analysis — identifying underperforming intersections (games × payment methods × regions), uncovering root causes, and coordinating resolutions across multiple teams. Over time, you’ll turn your insights into scalable systems powered by automation and ML models. You’ll be the key driver in transforming how we manage one of the most business-critical metrics in payments — from reactive fixes to proactive, data-informed optimization. The role requires close collaboration with Product, AFS, Data, Partner Success teams, and, in some cases, direct communication with our partners. RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor payment conversion trends across games, platforms, regions, and payment methodsInvestigate underperformance signals and uncover root causes behind conversion dropsCoordinate follow-ups with internal teams (Product, AFS, Data, Partner Success) to drive resolutionsMaintain structured documentation of findings, insights, and improvement opportunitiesSupport the development of alerting logic and data-driven performance trackingDevelop and deploy ML models for proactive anomaly detection and trend forecasting. Contribute to internal reports, partner-facing updates, and strategic improvement planning REQUIREMENTS Strong background in data analysis and hands-on experience with large datasets (SQL, Python, etc.)In-depth understanding of conversion funnels and the dynamics of payment systems. Understanding of machine learning techniques relevant to anomaly detection, forecasting, and time series analysis. Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools. Experience building data pipelines, dashboards, and automated reporting systems. Familiar with identifying and troubleshooting issues that impact customer relations from both product and data perspectives. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical findings into clear, actionable insights for both internal teams and external partners. Strong documentation skills, adept at managing multiple investigations simultaneously, and skilled in thinking within structured frameworks. Proactive in seeking out signals and patterns to address potential issues before they escalate. NICE TO HAVE Experience in interpreting payment response codes, transaction flows, or PSP behaviors. Experience in product operations, fintech, gaming, or payments.
