About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Claims Call Center Representative to join our team, working with American Express Card Members who need to file insurance claims. As a Claims Call Center Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional service to fulfill their requests. This is a full-time remote opportunity, Monday through Friday, in our 2nd shift starting at 11am - 7pm Central Time.
