They are all interconnected!Become a part of our mission and learn more about our Product & Tech team!Deine PositionAs Chief of Staff – Product, you will serve as a strategic right hand to the VP Product and play a central role in driving alignment, operational excellence, and strategic execution across our global product organization. You will act as a key connector between internal teams, leadership, and external partners — ensuring that our initiatives move forward efficiently and with clarity of purpose.This is a highly visible and hands-on position, combining strategic thinking with deep operational involvement. You’ll work across multiple product areas, support international collaboration, and help shape how our global Product function executes its mission.Your Responsibilities:Central Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact within the Product organization — connecting teams, ensuring effective information flow, and coordinating alignment across departments and international stakeholders.Project Leadership and Execution: Lead and coordinate strategic and operational projects with cross-functional and international impact. Drive initiatives from concept to delivery and ensure measurable outcomes.Site and Market Support: Analyze operational and product-related data to identify optimization opportunities. Support local implementation of improvements and process enhancements — with a focus on Germany and other key markets.Support for the VP Product: Provide direct support to the VP Product in day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and administrative tasks — including project preparation, documentation, and coordination (e.g., scheduling and travel planning).Independent Project Ownership: Take full ownership of selected initiatives within the Product domain.
