Responsibilities Manage 1-2 customer chat conversations simultaneously, ensuring prompt and accurate responses Leverage website resources to provide detailed product information and recommendations Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to assist with complex inquiries and improve response times Navigate the company’s back-office system to access order data and resolve customer issues Handle email tickets using the company’s ticketing system Maintain exceptional written communication standards in English Escalate complex queries to the in-house team when necessary Adapt to seasonal fluctuations in demand, particularly during busy summer period Requirements Excellent written English skills with a keen eye for detail 2-3 years of customer support experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail Proficiency in live chat platforms and ticketing systems Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations efficiently Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus Cultural awareness and ability to communicate effectively with UK customers Flexibility to work Wednesday through Sunday Comfortable with seasonal fluctuations in workload Benefits Independent Contractor Perks: HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job apply to this job
