- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Office Depot products and services, enabling effective communication and facilitating cross-selling or upselling opportunities where applicable.
- **Documentation:** Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the customer management system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible for future reference.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to facilitate streamlined communication, share insights on customer feedback, and enhance overall service delivery.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet and exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores, demonstrating a commitment to achieving individual and team goals.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Remain open to feedback and apply insights to further develop personal skills and enhance service performance. Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay abreast of new products, services, and support techniques.

• *Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service, with a focus on chat support or similar customer-facing roles.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in communication, business, or related fields is preferred.
- **Personality Traits:** Energetic and resilient professional who can adapt to changing situations while maintaining a high level of service.
- **Soft Skills:** Strong cooperation and teamwork abilities, with excellent research skills to analyze information efficiently and deliver solutions.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using customer service software, chat platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to navigate websites and applications comfortably.
