Job Description
As a Cabin Crew Flight Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers during flights. You will be the face of Delta Airlines, providing exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with their needs, and maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in all situations.
Responsibilities
– Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew members during flights.
– Provide high-quality customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns.
– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and briefings.
– Serve meals and beverages in accordance with company standards.
– Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning.
– Manage in-flight emergencies and assist passengers in distress.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin.
Requirements
– Must be at least 18 years old.
– Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
– Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Educational Qualifications
– High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, travel, or related field is a plus.
Experience
– Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
