Job Description
As a Cabin Attendant at Delta Airlines, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable flying experience for our passengers. You will be responsible for managing cabin services, responding to passenger needs, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.
Responsibilities
– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
– Greet passengers and assist with boarding and deplaning.
– Provide exceptional customer service throughout the flight, addressing passenger inquiries and concerns.
– Serve food and beverages, ensuring quality and presentation meet Delta standards.
– Monitor cabin conditions and resolve any issues that arise during the flight.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin.
– Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Requirements
– Must be at least 21 years of age.
– High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with grace.
– Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist passengers with carry-on luggage.
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
– Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Educational Qualifications
– High school diploma or GED required.
– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Experience
– Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required. Newcomers with a passion for service are encouraged to apply.
