As a Business Development Representative, you will focus on identifying sales opportunities, nurturing leads, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Your role will involve utilizing various sales strategies to engage prospective clients and understand their needs. With a strong emphasis on relationship-building, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service and support to our customers. ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through various outreach methods. Build lasting relationships with potential and existing clients. Engage with prospects to understand their pain points and offer tailored solutions. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance lead generation efforts. Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on progress to management. Remain informed about industry trends and competitor offerings. RequirementsMinimum 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in a relevant industry. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficient in negotiation and closing processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software. Self-driven with a strong work ethic. Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to market changes. Possess a reliable computer or laptop and stable internet connection. Familiarity with Office 360, Google Apps, and client communication platforms.
