Our BlueCare Division is seeking a Correspondent to join our team! The primary duty of this role is to respond to member and provider correspondence. This position will also involve reviewing claims. The ideal candidate will have 1 year Facets experience and 1 year Customer Service/Correspondence and/or Claims experience. BlueCare experience is advantageous. There is flexibility in the Monday - Friday hours, with a start time as early as 5:00 a.m. EST or as late as 9:00 a.m. EST. Please note: Overtime may be required, as needed, and this position may involve assisting other positions when necessary. If this remote opportunity interests you, please apply!
