Using your expertise, you’ll guide clients through personalized, 30-minute video sessions designed around their unique goals. This flexible freelance role allows you to set your own schedule, making it an ideal supplement to your existing job or private practice. What You'll DoProvide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect’s clientsFocus on non-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, work-life balance etc. Support clients in achieving personal, career, or relationship goalsCollaborate with our internal clinical team to continuously enhance our platform and programs. RequirementsQualifications: Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR a Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma in CounselingExpertise: Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence-based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)Experience: ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours, or Counsellors with 300+ post-graduation clinical hoursLanguages: Fluency in English and the local languagePreferred Background: Experience in EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial rolesReady to make a real impact in mental health?
