About the position Responsibilities • Define the overarching search vision, roadmap, and learning agenda for L'Oreal USA. • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high performing team of in-house and agency search specialists. • Oversee all paid search activities, driving revenue growth and maximizing ROAS. • Develop and execute data-driven strategies leveraging advanced analytics and measurement frameworks. • Manage strategic Joint Business Plans for key search partners and cultivate strong relationships. • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. • Champion a mobile-first approach and explore innovative search technologies. • Oversee the development and maintenance of internal search dashboards and reporting tools. Requirements • Minimum 8-10 years of experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and innovation. • Bachelor's degree required. • Deep understanding of SEM, including keyword research and performance analysis. • Expertise in analytics platforms (GA4, Conductor, SA360, etc.). • Strong people management experience to handle a team of 14 plus external agency direct reports. Nice-to-haves • Affinity and relevant experience in beauty and personal care brands. • Experience working with Demandware (Salesforce) & Sitecore platforms. • Expert analytics, MVT & BI software knowledge (Google Analytics, Domo, Tableau, Optimize).
