**Requirements**:

4. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is advantageous.
5. Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
6. Stable internet connection suitable for remote work.
7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
**Educational Qualifications**:
– High school diploma or equivalent required.
– Higher education or certifications in customer service, communication, or technology fields are preferable.
**Experience**:
– Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
– Experience with Apple products or technology-related customer support is a plus.
