Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat
Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
Offer information about flight schedules, fares, and services
Assist customers with booking, rescheduling, and canceling reservations
Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service experience
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
